For plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing companies
You're losing jobs you already paid to find.
Someone searched, landed on your site, and left — because there was no way to book, or nothing telling them you'd answer at nine at night. They called the next result. You never saw it happen, which is why it's still happening.
What I actually check
Seven things · loaded in a real browser
Not a guess. Your site gets loaded in a real browser — the same way a customer's phone loads it — and these seven things get tested. If something can't be confirmed, it doesn't go on the list.
Can they book you?
Any way at all to request a time without phoning. Missing on roughly two thirds of the trades sites I've checked.
Can they reach you after hours?
A form, a chat, or a plain note that you handle emergencies. The nine-o'clock call goes to whoever looks like they'll pick up.
Does your number dial when tapped?
A phone number printed as text doesn't dial on a phone. Most of your visitors are on one.
Is there a form at all?
Plenty of people won't phone a stranger for a quote. They'll type instead — if they can.
Does it work on a phone?
Sites built before mobile load zoomed out — text too small to read, buttons too small to hit.
Does Chrome warn people about you?
Sites still on plain HTTP get a "Not secure" warning in front of the content. People believe it.
How long until it's usable?
On mobile data, a slow homepage loses a share of visitors before it finishes loading.
What it costs
Fixed price · no estimate, no meeting
After that, $49/month covers hosting, monitoring and changes whenever you want them. It's optional and most people wait and see — you own everything either way.
Why the price is on the page. Because you've been quoted "it depends" by enough people. One recovered emergency job usually covers the whole thing — you know what those are worth better than I do.
Who this is for
Straight answers
The things you'd ask on the phone
Who am I?
One person, not an agency. You deal with me start to finish, and I answer my own phone. That's the whole company.
Do you have customers I can call?
Not yet — this is new, and I'd rather say so than point you at people who don't exist. What I can do is show you exactly what's wrong with your site before you pay anything, and you can judge whether I know what I'm talking about.
What if I don't want online booking?
Plenty of owners don't — you'd rather qualify a job before sending a truck an hour out. Fair. Then we skip it and do the after-hours side only, and the price comes down. Nothing here commits you to taking bookings you don't want.
Am I locked into anything?
No. The $895 is one payment and the work is yours. The monthly is month to month and you can stop it whenever.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
No. This goes on the site you already have. If you don't have one, that's a different conversation and I'll tell you straight what it involves.
How long does it actually take?
A week from the day you say go. If it's going to be longer I'll tell you before you pay, not after.
